According to reports from Promobricks, 2022 will be bringing a massive addition to the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes lineup—an updated version of the LEGO Marvel Hulkbuster. You might be wondering what could be different from the LEGO Marvel The Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition (76105), and it seems that it will be quite different in terms of scale and design. The 2022 version of the LEGO Marvel Hulkbuster will be based on Iron Man Mark XLVIII Armor, and will not include a detailed display as with the 2018 version—and it will include either an exclusive Tony Stark/Ironman LEGO Minifigure, or more likely, a Bruce Banner LEGO Minifigure based on the character from Avengers: Infinity War.
As far as scale, the source reported that the LEGO Marvel Hulkbuster: Inifinity War Edition will include roughly 2,500 parts and as a result, should retail from $200-$250 USD. This is roughly $100 more than the 2018 version which retailed for $129.99 USD, included 1,363 pieces, and in terms of scale it stood roughly 14.9 x 18.9 x 3.7 in. It's not clear how tall or detailed the 2022 version will be, but with an added 1,000 pieces it's going to be a mammoth by comparison to the 2018 version.
