One of the latest LEGO Ideas projects to reach 10k supporters on the platform is Carl's House from Up by user Yang Yang. It is the 24th project to join the Second Stage 2021 Review Phase. It's also the 3rd time an Up project has gone through review, and most likely—based on statements made by the LEGO Ideas Review board—this set will also be passed over for production as the LEGO Group moves away from licensed projects.
This latest project joins: Imperial Island Fort, Movie Set, Lifeguard’s Shack, A-FRAME CABIN, Space Balls, The Costume Store, BTS "DYNAMITE", BOSTON DYNAMICS SPOT 1:4 SCALE MOTORIZED MODEL, Medieval Tavern, The Tavern Under the Snow, Women of Computing, Working Mini Golf Course, Brick Walk, Floating Island, Aircraft Engine Workshop, SCOOBY DOO MYSTERY MACHINE, Rosenbauer Panther 8x8, Gamestop Classic Shop, Outer Solar System Expansion, Knight Rider: KITT and the Flag Mobile Command Unit, Nyhavn - Copenhagen, Denmark, Basement and Sewerage, and John's Medieval Watermill as the latest projects to reach the Second Stage 2021 Review Phase.
From the project creator:
Hello, everyone. I resubmitted my Product Idea, ‘Carl’s house’. Which comes from the movie up created by Disney in 2009. I further improved the structure and details. And added Dug and Kevin. Every detail of the house is fully restored in this product. It has two modes to be changed, on the ground and in the air. Hopefully fans of LEGO and Disney will appreciate this product.
This product was divided into 5 parts: yard, first floor, second floor, pitched roof and balloons. The yard was equipped with rotating bricks, which can raise the house. This scene comes from the movie plot which the balloon was released from the canopy and the house begins to fly.
This product includes 2,988 pieces. Minifigures include Carl, Russell, Dug and Kevin.
