Shipping for domestic orders equal to or less than $35.00 (USD) will ship via USPS for $5.00 (USD)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping for Canada ships via USPS First Class for $10 (USD). All other International Orders will ship via USPS First Class for $15.00 (USD)
FREE DOMESTIC & CANADIAN SHIPPING
Shipping for domestic orders greater than $35.00 (USD) will ship for FREE via USPS First Class. Shipping for Canadian orders over $99 will ship for FREE via USPS First Class International.

What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?LOST PACKAGES If any items are lost in transit, you'll need to contact the USPS to report a missing or lost package request. STOLEN PACKAGES The Pickle Bricks Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. If your order is stolen, please refer the matter to your local authorities to notify them a theft has occurred. DAMAGED PACKAGES If you have damaged items that arrived with your order, please contact our team at support@picklebricks.com and let our Customer Support experts know what happened! Please provide as much detail and any supporting pictures as possible so we can better assist in replacing or refunding your order.

How can I track my order?When your order ships you'll automatically receive an email with tracking details enclosed. If there's been an error with your account email or if you've used guest checkout, please notify our Customer Support team at support@picklebricks.com.

Can I cancel my order?Once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. Our packaging and shipping team works hard to pack your order as soon as it comes through, a process which is very difficult to reverse! If you'd like to return your items once you receive your order, you can certainly do so by reaching out to our Customer Support team at support@picklebricks.com.

Why isn't my coupon code working?If your coupon code isn't working, it could be due to a few reasons: 1. Expired Code: The coupon code might have expired, so double-check the expiration date. 2. Exclusions Apply: Your cart may include items that are not eligible for discounts. Common exclusions at Pickle Bricks include products in the Bestseller, Featured, BrickWarriors, and genuine LEGO categories. These items are often excluded from sales or discounts. Check our updated Terms & Conditions page to verify if the code is expired, to make sure the items in your cart qualify, and try entering the code again! How do I create an account?You can create a Pickle Bricks Account by going to the menu in the top right corner and selecting "Sign Up/Log In." If you're already a member you can simply go to the bottom of the form and select "Log In" and you'll be taken to the Account Login page.

How do I reset my password?If you've lost or forgotten your password and would like to reset it, you can go to the Main Menu in the top right corner, select "Sign Up/Log In" and once there, select "Log In" at the bottom of the form. Once you're on the Account Login page, select "Log In with Email" and you'll see the option to select "Forgot password?" You'll now be able to reset your account password!
